MAD BUBBLER Assortment Number: 3580 Pack: 12 Title: Rampagers Description: The Mad Bubbler was one of the many unproduced figures, it is rumored that it’s action was one where the head would be pressed down and bubbles would come out. It was pictured on the back of the Ram-Pagers card backs. The only known pictures are from the mini fold out catalogs and from the Ram-Pagers card backs.Pictured is the original concept of Mad Bubbler (small version) and the one seen on LJN Mini Catalogs.
