I have to vote FELINARA because:
She has a hair similar to Lion-O; She has eyes like Cheetara; She has stripes like Tiger; (hmmm, this looks like some kids song!) Anyway, because she has all this attributes I can't call her Liona or Tigarra. And Prow reminds me of Prowl and that reminds me of Transformers! Felinara is the choice!  |

How about Java-Ra, Bengali was clearly named after the Bengal subspecies of tiger, there was also the Java (extinct) sumatran, siberian, Malayan, Indochinese, South Chinese, Bali (extinct) and Caspian (extinct).
Maybe even sumat-Ra or suma-tara?
