Notes of Interest: Another great interior page from the debut issue of ThunderCats: Dogs of War, published by DC/Wildstorm and drawn by the art team of penciller Brett Booth and inker Al Vey. When this page was completed, the colour scheme used was quite dark, utilising varying shades of blue and purple designed to give a night time feel to the page. Dogs of War was set in the ThunderCats' future, and on this page note the mature Lion-O, complete with beard, and the elderly Snarf, complete with glasses! The scan of this piece was generously provided by comic art collector Dan O'Connell, who sent us a great sized scan - click on the image above to take you to a larger version!
