ThunderCats statues – 2009 / 2010

At long last ThunderCats are loose again. For the first time ever the property has been released in statue form. Revealed at Comic Con 2009, the Lord of the ThunderCats made his striking debut. Hard Hero, the company producing the statues received the rights to create the line in 1/7 scale on their third pitch to Warner Brothers.

Pop Culture Shock logo The second company to announce acquisition of licensing rights to turn out a line of statues based on the ThunderCats. Pop Culture Shock (PCS) is well known for their striking 1/4 scale statues. They’re in premium format, meaning that they’re big and detailed. Jerry’s team at PCS often use mixed media in the statues, such as fabrics for clothing.
