For Immediate Release

Renowned voice actor and radio personality Larry Kenney (http://www.larrykenney.net/), has signed on to voice a character in a new animated series; Redneck Space Track. Kenney, 59, best known for his cadre of wacky characters on the Don Imus Radio Show for over thirty-years, has returned to the world of animation after more than a decade. Kenny previously voiced the heroic Lion-O in the popular animated series Thundercats, which ran from 1985-1987. Kenney will voice the role of Commander Frank Johnson, a lead character in the forthcoming animated series. Kenney can currently be heard as the sardonic announcer on VH-1's hit series, Best Week Ever. Kenney also performs the voices of breakfast cereal icons Sonny the Cuckoo Bird and Count Chocula. "It's great to get to do some acting again," commented Kenney. Co-producer of the series Andrew McCabe stated, "Having Larry (Kenney) come in to record on our series has been incredible. He brings a level of professionalism and humor that is unmatched."
Redneck Space Track is an action/comedy animated series that centers on a diverse crew of space travelers reluctantly under the command of a redneck captain named Buck Arnold. Fourteen short format episodes are being produced for the late night series' first season. Each episode focuses on a central character while building towards an encompassed season story. "The focus is to bring a series that's not only funny, but makes you want to watch each week as characters grow and change." said co-producer Kyle Lince.
Redneck Space Track is the first animated series produced by Oven-Chips Productions, a division of Fusekey LLC. Oven-Chips Productions was founded in 2005 by McCabe and Lince. Production is based in both Florida and New York.
